Southwest Host Services was established in 1991 to save valuable time and money for athletic programs. To that end, we have built a network of 3,000 hotels nationwide that understand athletic travel and provide Southwest Host Services the lowest team rates and discounted rates for recruiting.

We search out the best hotels that fit your preferences, budget and specific team requirements for each travel location. Each preferred hotel partner in our program provides:

• Complimentary suite or best available room for head coach
• Absolute lowest athletic rate
• Hotels familiar with the special requirements of athletic travel, including meeting space, catering services and late check-outs

Recruiting Benefits

When we place all your team’s travel, the entire coaching staff earns recruiting privileges from Southwest Host Services. These recruiting rates are deeply discounted, not available to the public. We staff a full time, dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to place these coach reservations for scouting or recruiting.
